Indonesia reports 723 newly-confirmed Covid-19 cases, 34 more deaths

JAKARTA (Xinhua): Indonesia on Thursday (Oct 28) confirmed 723 new Covid-19 cases, raising its tally of infections to 4,242,532, according to the country's Health Ministry.

The death toll from the virus in the country rose by 34 to 143,333, while 984 more people recovered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recoveries to 4,086,759.
