Thailand records 8,918 Covid-19 cases and 79 deaths


BANGKOK (The Nation/Asia News Network): Ministry of Public Health reported on Wednesday (Oct 20) morning that in the past 24 hours there are 8,918 new patients who tested positive for Covid-19.

Thailand recorded 8,918 Covid-19 cases and 79 deaths on Wednesday.

Death toll increased by 79, while 10,878 patients were cured and allowed to leave hospitals.

Cumulative cases in the country are at 1,811,852 with 18,486 total deaths.
