Covid-19 tally surpasses 490,000 in Myanmar with 1,133 new cases

YANGON (Xinhua): The number of Covid-19 cases in Myanmar has increased to 490,008 on Tuesday (Oct 19) after 1,133 new cases were reported in the past 24 hours, according to the Ministry of Health.

The ministry said 28 new deaths were recorded, bringing the death toll to 18,416 in the country as of Tuesday.
