MANILA, Oct. 11 (Xinhua): Foreign direct investment (FDI) net inflows into the Philippines grew by 52.0 per cent to reach US$1.3 billion in July compared with the amount recorded a year earlier, the Philippine central bank said on Monday.
The improvement brought the cumulative FDI net inflows to US$5.6 billion in the first seven months, a year-on-year growth of 43.1 per cent, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) said in a statement.
