At least 13 people killed in bus accident on flooded bridge in China


The shuttle bus carrying 51 people fell from a bridge into the Hutuo River in Pingshan County in the provincial capital of Shijiazhuang at approximately 7 a.m. on Monday. The bus belongs to steel company Jingye Group. - China Daily/ANN

BEIJING, Oct 11 (dpa): At least 13 people were killed and one person was missing after a bus accident on a flooded bridge in China on Monday.

The vehicle with 51 passengers fell from a bridge into a river in Pingshan County in Hebei province, state television CCTV reported.
