MANILA (Philippine Daily Inquirer/Asia News Network): Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso on Monday (Oct 4) filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) for president in the 2022 national elections.
Domagoso filed his COC at the Harbor Garden Tent of Sofitel Hotel in Pasay City.
