Laos govt passes decree ordering huge cut in spending on state vehicles

VIENTIANE, Oct 1 (Vientiane Times/ANN): The government has issued a new decree that will massively reduce spending on state vehicles.

Prime Minister Phankham Viphavanh has confirmed signing the nine-page decree.
