PHNOM PENH (The Phnom Penh Post/Asia News Network): The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport on Monday (Sept 27) announced its decision to permit universities across the country to reopen as recommended by Prime Minister Hun Sen, though no timeframe has been set.

All universities must follow the ministry’s standard operating procedures (SOP) as well as preventive measures introduced by the Ministry of Health.
