PHNOM PENH, Sept 17 (Phnom Penh Post/ANN): Cambodia's capital, Phnom Penh, could achieve the highest rate of Covid-19 vaccinations compared to other cities around the world because the government has a clear strategy in vaccine management and distribution, Prime Minister Hun Sen said.

Speaking at the launch of Covid-19 vaccination campaign for children aged 6-11 at the Peace Palace in Phnom Penh on September 17, he noted that Cambodia’s close ties with China was not the main factor behind this achievement.
