Heavy rains over the past several days have flooded and damaged some national and rural road systems in Preah Vihear province while swelling the waters of the Stung Sen River to near-emergency levels.
Preah Vihear provincial Department of Public Works and Transport director Sam Leangtry said on Tuesday that heavy rains in the past five days had flooded stretches of main roads as well as other smaller roads in the province.
