BANGKOK (The Straits Times/Asia News Network): Months of diplomatic rivalry between the Myanmar junta and the parallel National Unity Government (NUG) will come to a head over the next few weeks, with the United Nations (UN) General Assembly due to decide whether either party will represent the country at the world body.
