Philippines: A whopping 56,441 people Covid-19 protocol violators held in Cavite Province


LUCENA CITY, Sept 5 (Philippines Daily Inquirer/ANN): Police in Cavite province recorded a total of 56,441 Covid-19 quarantine violators in the past week amid the threat of highly transmissible Delta variants, authorities reported Sunday.

Police Colonel Marlon Santos, Cavite police chief, reported that authorities accosted the violators in different cities and municipalities in the province from August 30 to Sunday (Sept 5).
