BANGKOK, Aug. 24 (Xinhua): Thailand's new daily caseload stood at 17,165 cases, the lowest since July 30, with 226 more fatalities, the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration said Tuesday.

While 20,059 Covid-19 patients were discharged from hospitals after recovery, significantly more than those newly diagnosed with the virus.
