BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Aug 21 (Borneo Bulletin.ANN): Evenings in Bandar Seri Begawan have been quieter than usual, a sombre sign that Bruneians are complying with the health directives issued by the Ministry of Health (MoH).

At the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex, which overlooks the Brunei River, the usual busy hum of customers was absent, while Jalan McArthur, which runs past the Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Mosque, was eerily empty.
