Brunei temporarily closes down all sports complex; measures made after reporting local Covid-19 cases after 15 months

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Aug 9 (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): All indoor sports centres including gyms, fitness centres, swimming pools and bowling centres will be temporarily closed as of Sunday (Aug 8) said the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS) of Brunei has said in a statement.

The announcement was made in light with the control measures highlighted during the Covid-19 press conference on Saturday following the emergence of local community cases in Brunei.
