HANOI (Vietnam News/ANN): Vietnamese Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính talked over the phone with Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte late Monday (July 19), affirming that the archipelago nation is always an important and trustworthy partner that shares many concerns and strategic interests with Vietnam.

The Government leader of Vietnam said relations between the two countries have been consistently growing throughout the last 45 years, since diplomatic ties were established on July 12, 1976.
