SEOUL (The Korea Herald/ANN): Starting Monday (July 12), South Korea implemented its toughest social distancing rules in the Greater Seoul area, which includes Gyeonggi Province and Incheon, as the Covid-19 pandemic began its fourth wave.
Under Level 4 rules, private gatherings of more than two people are banned after 6 pm for two weeks.
