S.Korea provides US$900,000 for UN Myanmar aid

SEOUL (Reuters):South Korea has provided US$900,000 to a UN-led humanitarian aid initiative for Myanmar, UN data showed on Thursday (June 17).

A spokesman for the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said earlier data on its financial tracking service showing a contribution of $300,000 by North Korea was wrong and it has since been corrected.
