BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): Due to heightened public awareness and preparedness in fire safety, there were less emergency calls (459 or seven per cent) in 2020, compared to 2019.

In 2020, there were 6, 759 emergency calls, compared to 7, 218 in 2019.
