WHO representative urges greater community participation to curb Covid-19 in Cambodia

PHNOM PENH (Xinhua): World Health Organization (WHO) Representative to Cambodia Li Ailan said Sunday (June 13) that the Southeast Asian country is at a pivotal moment in its combat against Covid-19, calling for collective actions and wider community participation to curb the spread of the coronavirus epidemic.

Cambodia recorded 468 new confirmed cases of Covid-19 on Sunday, bringing the total tally to 38, 427 with 335 deaths and 31, 858 recoveries, according to the health ministry.
