Lao PM calls for better conditions and opportunities for children

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN): Prime Minister Phankham Viphavanh has called for all sectors of society to join hands to create conditions and opportunities conducive for the development of children, striving to achieve a bright future for them.

Delivering a message on Monday (May 31) to mark World Children’s Day on June 1, the premier underlined the need to create such conditions so that Lao children could fulfil their development and growth potential and become quality human resources for the country.
