Hong Kong police have arrested a man on suspicion of trafficking HK$26.7 million (US$3.4 million) worth of cannabis concealed in a load of dog food in Yuen Long.
The force’s narcotics bureau on Wednesday said officers acting on intelligence intercepted a van on Monday at the intersection of Ma Tin and Ma Tong roads.
