Philippines logs 3,083 new Covid-19 cases, lowest since March but all due to system issues

MANILA, May 23 (Philippines Daily Inquirer/ANN): The Department of Health (DOH) on Sunday reported 3,083 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total caseload in the country to 1,179,812.

The last lowest number of daily cases was on March 11, when the country reported 3,749 cases.
