PHNOM PENH, May 12 (Phnom Penh Post/ANN): Cambodia welcomed just 70,901 international tourist arrivals in the first quarter of 2021, down by 93.9 per cent from 1,155,226 in January-March 2020, as the global Covid-19 pandemic prolongs, the Ministry of Tourism reported on May 13.
Thai visitors topped the chart at 35,294 (down 76.9 per cent year-on-year), dethroning the long-time leading Chinese to second position, with 23,837 tourist arrivals (down 90.8 per cent).
