Cambodian army told to obey Covid laws without exception, or face court

PHNOM PENH (The Phnom Penh Post/ANN): Hun Manet, deputy commander-in-chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces, reminded the Regional Military Commands, Division Commanders and all subordinate units of the Army Command to obey the law without exception and to strictly abide by the government's Covid-19 related regulations.

Hun Manet made these remarks in a voice message reviewed by The Post on April 28.
