MANILA, April 27 (Xinhua): The Philippines is committed to eradicating malaria in the country by 2030 completely, said Health Secretary Francisco Duque in an announcement.
According to the Philippines' Department of Health (DOH), the country has succeeded in reducing malaria transmission by 87 percent from 48,569 in 2003 to 6,120 cases in 2020.
