Philippines' Senator unhappy with the way govt has handled Covid-19 vaccine issue

MANILA, April 3 (Philippines Daily Inquirer/ANN): One year later and billions of pesos in debt, the Philippines' Senator Leila de Lima is echoing the public’s sentiment.

"Where are the vaccines?, ” wrote De Lima in a statement Saturday.
