BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, March 29 (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): The Belait District has recorded its second fatal car crash in three days.

In Sunday's (March 28) incident, a 31-year-old local man was killed in a fiery car crash after hitting a tree early along the Lumut-Seria Bypass.
