HANOI/MOSCOW, Feb 27 (Reuters): Vietnam plans to acquire 150 million doses for its Covid-19 vaccination programme, as the health ministry said a medical panel had recommended it approve Russia's Sputnik V vaccine and the Moderna vaccine for use in the South-East Asian country.
The 150 million doses will include both those directly purchased and doses obtained via the COVAX vaccine-sharing scheme, according to a ruling posted on the government's website.
