Suu Kyi's party confirms they will not meet new election panel

YANGON (Eleven Media Group/ANN): The National League for Democracy (NLD) led by Aung San Suu Kyi confirmed that they will not meet with the new Union Election Commission (UEC) formed by the State Administration Council (SAC).

MP Soe Lay from the NLD said they received an invitation letter from the UEC on Feb 23 to attend the meeting held on Feb 26.
