Over 60,000 Singaporeans receive first dose of Covid-19 vaccine

SINGAPORE, Jan 23 (Xinhua): Over 60,000 individuals in Singapore have received their first dose of vaccine of Covid-19, Singapore's Minister for Health Gan Kim Yong said here Friday (Jan 22).

"These numbers are expected to rise substantially in the coming weeks, as we continue to ramp up our vaccination capacity and operations, while maintaining the highest standards of safety," he said at a press conference.
