THE police officer caught on tape shooting to death his two neighbours in Paniqui, Tarlac, has pleaded not guilty to murder charges filed against him, an official said.
Lt-Col Soledad Elifanio, public information officer of Police Regional Office 3, said Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca was arraigned on Jan 7 at a local court and entered a “not guilty” plea.
