Manila mayor: No plans to run for president

Manila City Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso (pic) said he had no plans to run for president in 2022.

“None, ” Domagoso said in an interview on CNN Philippines yesterday when asked he if had plans to run for president.
