HONG KONG (China Daily/ANN): The Hong Kong government will roll out a fresh tranche of financial aid worth HK$6.4 billion (US$826 million) for businesses heavily impacted by the government’s Covid-19 curbs.
The government’s proposal will be deliberated during a special meeting of the Legislative Council’s Finance Committee next Monday, Chief Secretary Matthew Cheung Kin-chung said at a press conference on Thursday (Dec 17) evening.
