BEIJING: The orbiter-reentry capsule combination of China’s Chang’e 5 robotic probe carried out its second moon-Earth transfer injection manoeuvre, starting its journey back to Earth, according to the China National Space Administration.
The combination activated four 150-newton-thrust engines at 9.51am yesterday at an altitude of about 230km above the lunar surface.
