Myanmar's University of Yangon holds virtual centennial celebration amid Covid-19

YANGON (Xinhua): Myanmar's University of Yangon has virtually celebrated its centenary by broadcasting pre-recorded programs on state-run channels on Tuesday (Dec 1) evening.

Established on Dec 1,1920, the University of Yangon is the earliest university of the country and is running with 20 departments from Anthropology to Zoology covering subjects in arts and sciences, and Law.
