A new report released by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (Escap) and the Association of South East Asian Nations (Asean) Secretariat is urging South-East Asian governments to amplify their Covid-19 stimulus packages with much-needed investments in climate action and adaptation to support vulnerable populations exposed to both pandemics and slow-onset disasters.
