Hanoi aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions

HANOI (Vietnam News/ANN): Hanoi will strive to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 15 per cent by 2030, according to local authorities.

The Hanoi People's Committee recently issued a plan for the reduction, with the city aiming to achieve savings of 8-10 per cent of total energy consumption in 2020-30 and about 14 per cent in 2031-45.
