BANGKOK, Nov 14 (The Nation/ANN): The Metropolitan Bureau has urged people to avoid certain routes in Bangkok on Saturday in view of the planned pro-democracy protests.
Deputy chief of the Metropolitan Police Bureau Pol Maj-General Jirasan Kaewsangeak said that on Saturday three groups of pro-democracy protesters would hold rallies in some areas of Bangkok, and suggested that motorists and pedestrians avoid certain routes which might be closed or have heavy congestion.
