HANOI, Nov 2 (dpa): One week after Storm Molave lashed central Vietnam, a new system is heading towards the nation's coastal provinces, threatening regions still recovering from flooding and landslides, a government statement said on Monday.
Storm Goni, which slammed into the Philippines as a super typhoon on Sunday, killing at least 16, is heading over the South China Sea towards Vietnam.
