Vietnam's fruit, vegetable export down 11 per cent in first 9 months

HANOI (Xinhua): Vietnam earned over US$2.5 billion from exporting fruits and vegetables in the first nine months of this year, posting a year-on-year decline of 11 per cent, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on Thursday (Oct 8).

In the period, the major buyers included China, South Korea, Thailand and the United States.
