MANILA, Philippines, Oct 7 (Philippine Inquirer/ANN): The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) will stop confidential spending in 2021 after questions emerged over its use, DICT secretary Gregorio “Gringo” Honasan II said on Tuesday.
This was revealed during the DICT’s budget deliberations, where Honasan also said some P800 million previously earmarked for confidential spending this year was withdrawn.
