Hong Kong unlikely to relax social-distancing rule over numbers of people who can gather in public

HONG KONG, Sept 28 (SCMP): Hong Kong is unlikely to increase the limit on public gatherings from four people, a government health adviser said on Monday, despite the city’s leader declaring that the third wave of the coronavirus was under control.

With a medical source saying the city faced about 10new Covid-19 cases on Monday, Professor David Hui Shu-cheong said he believed an untraceable infection among the six recorded the day before meant it was not the right time to further ease social-distancing measures brought in to fight the virus.
