New FTZs in China a sign of further opening-up, says paper

In its editorial, China Daily says that the announcement of China's three new free trade zones and the expansion of an existing one underscore how successfully they have helped to attract foreign investment and foreign trade.

BEIJING (China Daily/ANN): China's pilot free trade zones (FTZ) have served as test beds for reforms and as major drivers of local economic growth since the first FTZ - the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone - was established in 2013.
