Phuket airport holds dress rehearsal to welcome foreign tourists

BANGKOK (Xinhua): Thailand's Phuket International Airport said Wednesday (Sept 9) that it had held a dress rehearsal for international arrivals amid the Covid-19 pandemic to conform with the Thai government's "Phuket Model" programme once the scheme is approved by the Cabinet.

The rehearsal covered every step, from beginning of tourist arrivals to temperature screening, filling out health-related documents, and taking tourists to quarantine facilities.
