YANGON, Sept 5 (Xinhua): A total of 971 people were charged in two days for violation of the curfew imposed in townships of Myanmar's Yangon region, state-run media reported Saturday.

Legal action was taken against 618 males and 29 females for curfew breach under the Penal Code.
