NEW DELHI, Aug 29 (Xinhua): At least 12 people were killed in floods and rain-related incidents in India's eastern state of Odisha, officials said on Saturday.
According to officials, the flooding has affected over 400,000 people in the 10 affected districts - Angul, Bolangir, Balasore, Boudh, Cuttack, Jajpur, Dhenkanal, Nuapada, Deogarh and Sonepur.
