THE country’s biggest opposition party, which won the most seats in the 2010 general election, is planning a comeback in the upcoming national poll slated for Nov 8.
The Union Solidarity and Development Party (USDP) is fielding candidates in 1,129 of the 1,171 seats in the central, state and regional parliaments, spokesperson Nandar Hla Myint said on Wednesday.
