HANOI, Aug 11 (Xinhua): Vietnam will hold a two-day state funeral for Le Kha Phieu, former general secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee (CPVCC), who passed away on Aug 7 at the age of 89, Vietnam News Agency has reported
During the state funeral on Friday and Saturday, national flags will be flown at half-mast at offices and public places, and recreational and entertainment activities will be suspended.
