HANOI (Xinhua): Local authorities of Vietnam's central Quang Nam province have ordered social distancing for 14 days in its tourism city Hoi An starting from Friday to tackle the Covid-19 epidemic, Vietnam News Agency reported on Thursday (July 30).

The move came after Danang, a neighbouring city of Hoi An, reported a number of Covid-19 cases in the community since July 25 after going through nearly 100 days without any local cases. The resurgence of cases was followed by social distancing measures from Tuesday.
